When taken apart small broken plastic was found. Oxidation on a battery pole.

Body cleaned with warm water, brush & soap. PCB cleaned with alcohol and lemon Juice. Laser also cleaned with a q-tip and alcohol.

When inserted batteries, did not turn on. Requires diagnostics to work
